1. Day 1: Direct Flight Delhi (DEL) to Srinagar (SXR) → Houseboat Check-in → Sunset Shikara: Fly from Delhi to Srinagar. Chauffeur reception at Srinagar Airport and transfer to Dal Lake. Check into your heritage houseboat. Enjoy a relaxing sunset Shikara ride with authentic Kashmiri Kahwa.
2. Day 2: Srinagar Mughal Gardens → Shankaracharya Temple → Luxury Hotel: Visit Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Pari Mahal, and the hilltop Shankaracharya Temple. Check into your 4-star Srinagar hotel.
3. Day 3: Gulmarg Gondola Excursion → 13,500 ft Apharwat Peak: Full-day excursion to Gulmarg. Ride the world's 2nd highest cable car up to Apharwat Peak for snow activities and alpine panoramas. Return to Srinagar hotel.
