Day-by-Day Itinerary

1. Day 1: Delhi Airport / Station Pickup → Drive to Haridwar → Evening Ganga Aarti — Chauffeured pickup from Delhi Airport / Railway Station. Drive across the plains of Uttar Pradesh to the holy city of Haridwar (220 km / 6 hrs). Check-in to your hotel. In the evening, attend the world-famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri with thousands of floating lamps.
2. Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot via Mussoorie & Kempty Falls — After breakfast, drive to Barkot via Mussoorie (210 km / 7 hrs). En route stop at Kempty Falls and enjoy views of the Queen of Hills. Arrive at Barkot, check-in to your mountain resort surrounded by pine forests.
3. Day 3: Barkot → Janki Chatti → Yamunotri Dham Trek (6km) → Return to Barkot — Early morning drive to Janki Chatti (45 km). Begin the 6 km trek to Yamunotri Dham (Pony / Palki available). Take a holy dip in natural thermal hot springs at Surya Kund, cook rice Prasad, and seek blessings at Yamunotri Temple before returning to Barkot.
4. Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi → Vishwanath & Shakti Temple Visit — Drive along the Bhagirathi river to Uttarkashi (100 km / 4 hrs). Check-in to your riverside hotel. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple featuring the 26-foot heavy Trishul at Shakti Temple.
5. Day 5: Uttarkashi to Gangotri Dham → Sacred Dip → Return to Uttarkashi — Excursion to Gangotri Dham (100 km each way via scenic Harsil Valley). Take a holy dip in the icy Bhagirathi River, offer prayers at Gangotri Mata Temple, and walk through Harsil apple orchards before returning to Uttarkashi.
6. Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi / Phata → Yatra Registration Check — Scenic drive across Tehri Dam reservoir to Guptkashi (220 km / 8 hrs). Check-in to your resort in the Mandakini valley. Biometric pass verification and preparation for Kedarnath trek.
7. Day 7: Guptkashi to Gaurikund → Trek / Chopper to Kedarnath Dham → Evening Aarti — Early morning transfer to Gaurikund.
